PCC is recognized as a network of Change Guides that support building organizations’ ability to co-create positive change. The members of the network are empathetic and highly skilled to bring strengths-based whole systems approaches to build change capable organizations and communities.
The mission of the Positive Change Corps is to guide change leaders to support their organizations and communities to become change capable. This is accomplished by:
Providing support and resources to Change Guides and leaders.
Using strengths-based, whole system approaches like the 8-I framework.
Using constructive conversations to create relationships that can make needed change.
Partnering and collaborating with others for positive dialogue and continuous improvement.
Recognizing, exploring and building upon the positive core of schools, communities, and other organizations so they can be agents of local and world benefit.
The Positive Change Corps, a network of change guide consultants, who partner with organization in facilitating improvement, provide expertise, energy, safety, empathy and approaches for positive change within the schools, communities, and organizations they serve.
